Walk indoors for exercise 4 days a week for 40 minutes. Join Jack Butterworth to walk the church hallways at a reasonable pace. If there is continuing interest, we could do this in the sunny months as well. Email Jack if you will be joining him!
On snow mornings the program will be cancelled. There will be a small fee.
