UUCGL is committed to supporting individuals at every step of this process of engagement and belonging. 

These programs will be designed to lead individuals into deeper engagement and to assure that each individual member has a common foundation for our shared religious life:

• Classes—rotation of classes to address theology, social justice origins, spiritual practice, and pastoral ministry for lay people

• Small Group Ministries—to foster listening in community

• Community Building Events—to strengthen our sense of fellowship

• Pastoral Ministry Team— every member is a member. Rotating “on call” lay ministers to assist Parish Minister with looking in on members and friends.
